Job Title
Senior Account Executive
This position supports the Management Supervisor and Account Supervisor responsible for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Mopar Service & Parts CRM initiatives.
The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for successful project planning and execution from initiation through delivery – inclusive of timing, budget and general project management functions. This role interacts with creative, database management, traffic, print production, digital production, and email program management teams to ensure highest quality delivery is achieved.
Essential Job Functions
• Collaborates with the appropriate internal stakeholders and project team in developing project requirements and leads team in the identification of solutions to ensure flawless execution.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of multiple concurrent projects for dynamic data-driven direct mail and email campaigns and digital/interactive solutions, including definition of business rules for audience selection and treatment, creative routing, legal approval, production, quality control and email testing.
• Facilitates communications, develops creative briefs, oversees project schedules, updates status reports, participates in status meetings and issues call reports.
• Ensures internal deliverables are being met. Reviews and provides input on materials before being sent to client to ensure client's marketing objectives are met. Accepts and distributes client and legal changes to internal team.
• Holds meetings with creative, production, traffic, data, email development team and third parties as required
• Regularly reports project status, dependencies, issues, and risks to all appropriate project stakeholders.
• Creates client communications relating to purpose, rationale, needs and deadlines. Attends client presentations and meetings relevant to program success.
• Supports day-to-day budget management and reports.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or advertising preferred, or equivalent training and/or work experience
Experience:
Minimum 3 – 5 years applicable experience in account and/or project management role. Direct/digital marketing and data experience is essential. Experience in a creative agency environment is preferred. Automotive marketing knowledge and experience is a plus.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects; experience in managing data driven communications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through, with demonstrated ability to bring projects to successful conclusion, on time and within budget.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and to gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Experienced self-starter who can manage multiple projects in tandem with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills in leading cross-functional resources, resolving conflicts, fostering alignment, and gaining commitment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Understanding how project issues affect the big picture from a business perspective.
• Able to think strategically and act tactically. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
