We are looking for a Digital Producer to join our Los Angeles Digital Production team.

As a digital producer, you will be assigned one to two pieces of business and be responsible for the daily management of multiple interactive projects, assuring the quality of the product and keeping the project on time, on budget, and on strategy from conception and building to delivery, and assuring adherence to our development process.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing the entire life cycle of interactive marketing and website projects via accurate project planning
• Acting as a liaison between creative, technical, account, and other internal groups
• Keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget and overseeing internal and external resources
• Looking for innovative creative and production methods while finding solutions to technical challenges
Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• A strong background in digital production and website development
• Solid knowledge of the interactive medium, web technologies, and online services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• A solution-oriented mindset
• A passion and drive to produce great, innovative work
• Extensive knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and standard software (MS Office, MS Project)
• Experience producing and maintaining project plans
• Three to five years of digital experience
• Advertising agency experience a plus
• Video production experience a plus
• Four-year degree required
