Position Summary

Pearson is seeking a highly qualified individual for the role of Senior Pricing Analyst, Digital Transformation reporting to the VP of Pricing Strategy & Insights in the Global Portfolio & Strategy team. This role will lead the formulation of pricing and bundling strategy in support of product and portfolio strategy, product development, digital transformation and other key business activities informed by insights coming from market research. In doing so the Senior Pricing Analyst, Digital Transformation will play an important role in shaping Pearson’s evolving global product and go-to-market strategies, and helping to drive the acceleration of Pearson’s digital transformation.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required and Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline preferred
• Requires 5 years’ experience in pricing analytics, research, and strategy, at an organization with a large and complex product and service offering.
• CPP (Certified Pricing Professional) preferred.
• Proven data analysis and modeling skills using MS Excel and SQL.
• Ability to develop and execute data-driving pricing policies.
• Solid understanding of product pricing across global geographies.
• Experience working in a Matrix organization, cross functional teams.
• Proven pc/computer skills (Google/ppt/excel etc…).
• Strong confidence and interpersonal skills to work with senior colleagues and contacts.
• Attention to detail and drive to follow through on projects, tasks and actions.
