Cumulus Media is searching for a Director of Talent Acquisition to support full cycle recruitment across its ninety markets. This position will be located in the company's corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

Focus
• Oversee the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategy to reach and attract a diverse pool of high quality candidates
• Prioritize market recruiting needs and lead sourcing and selection activities
• Consult with hiring leaders to determine job specifications, assess talent, and make hiring recommendations
• Provide guidance to hiring leaders relative to compensation strategy
• Build a future pipeline of internal/external talent that could be ready for placement in key market roles
• Manage relationships with third party systems vendors
• Onboard market and sales management new hires
• Manage company applicant tracking system
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years in a talent acquisition role
• Proven ability to design, implement, and improve Talent Acquisition solutions that drive measurable business results
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing methods to source passive candidates and build robust pipelines of talent
