Description
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements, evaluate vendors, make recommendations, and sell decisions internally
• Set and manage budgets
• Manage IT application, infrastructure, and security groups
• Coach and motivate the existing team of senior staff members as well as take on tasks personally
• Balance the dynamic of being a service provider to finance, sales, and marketing leadership while also being a thought leader for the use of technology in those functions
• Set prioritization of IT initiatives
Requirements
• 10 or more years of IT leadership
• Education in the field of computer science, engineering, or business management
• Deep experience with the critical systems of a studio, including SAP ECC, Intellectual Property Management Systems such as FilmTrack or SAP IPM, and Salesforce
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot and Hubspot
• Familiarity with modern IT tools such as Omniture, Box, Capriza, Domo, Tableau, etc.
• Executive presence and communication skills to interface with the CEO and senior management of the company
• Excellent team building and collaboration skills
• Experience successfully leading large, complex projects
• Experience managing infrastructure environments that include CISCO, private ISP, Windows, Exchange, MacOS and VOIP
• Familiar with all aspects of IT support of studio functions from Submissions/Acquisitions, Production, Servicing, Theatrical, Broadcast and Digital Distribution, Asset Management, and Finance
• Entertainment experience
Optional:
• Familiarity with consumer facing video technologies such as Clearleap, Brightcove, Ooyala, VHX, Akamai, and CloudFront
• PMP/PgMP/PfMP
• SAP configuration of FICO
