Blizzard Entertainment’s Human Resources team has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, highly organised coordinator to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Human Resources and will be responsible for delivering first class employee administration, operational and systems support to employees and managers.
The role is the first point of contact for all HR related queries. The HR coordinator will be accountable for ensuring that all HR administration and enquires are addressed in a professional, efficient timely manner.
Responsibilities
The main duties of the HR Coordinator are as follows:
• Must be a confident people person with demonstrated ability to collaborate at all levels
• Encourage and support employees to self-serve using appropriate HR systems (Pillar, Oracle/Fusion/Workday)
• Ability to gather and analyse information to run regular and ad hoc reports
• Ensure accurate record filing in line with data protection/GDPR and audit requirements
• Process system data changes/create & update employee records on Oracle/Fusion
• Track work permit/immigration documentation
• Coordinate on / off-boarding, setup exit interviews and special projects as requested
• Work closely with our third-party vendors to coordinate relocation for new/internal employees
• Create Purchase orders
• Organize and coordinate team staff meetings and events
• Help optimize current HR processes
• Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements

• Strong customer service ethos always putting the needs of the employees/managers first
• Must be flexible with a willingness to learn
• Tact and diplomacy with an ability and commitment to principles of confidentiality

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
• Previous work experience in an HR department or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Able to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills at all levels of the organization
• Able to use discretion when presented with sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.)
• Fluent in English
• Proven team working skills
• Strong understanding of European culture
• Basic knowledge of Irish labour law
• Able to travel as required
