Job Description:

A little bit about our team:
Maximize digital revenue and market share while ensuring operational account efficiencies and executing Warner Music’s overarching digital strategy.
Why this could be your next big break:
Individual will be responsible for the account operations, optimization and coordination of Atlantic Records’ artist and label initiatives and activities for YouTube in the U.S., specializing in ad-supported monetization and user-generated content.
Here you’ll get to:
• Regular communication with WEA Digital Accounts & Revenue Development teams
• Regularly attend marketing meetings and communicate with marketing, digital marketing, sales, and additional divisions within Atlantic Records
• Manage linking/association of all Atlantic Records’ YouTube channels
• Regular monitoring and analysis of profiles, channels or pages to ensure all content is monetized properly
• Work with WEA operations team to ensure all premium-uploaded content is properly claimed
• Optimization of metadata (artist, title, etc) as necessary to maximize monetization
• Monitor fingerprint files within partners rights management portals to ensure proper monetization of user-generated content
• Assist in the company’s content protection strategy including tasks like removing infringing uploads
• Work closely with WEA revenue assurance team to assist in the resolution of ownership and claim disputes
• Work with Sales Analysis to generate, maintain, and distribute reports from profile-based partners
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Working knowledge of digital rights management
• Customer service style communication skills
• Must be able to quickly identify issues, recommend solutions and execute
• Ability to spot potential process or procedural problems and collaborate on new methods
• Must be analytical and process orientated
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently
• Effective organizational skills and engaging interpersonal skills
• Strong research and presentation skills
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of digital music account experience
• Digital rights certifications including YT ContentID a plus.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and user interactions.
