The Technology Group Online (TGO) supplies standardized online technology products and services to the Ubisoft production teams worldwide. Already present in North America and Europe, we are today establishing TGO.APAC, a local presence in Asia based at the Chengdu studio, to support our online developments in the region. The team will be trained in the integration and operations of the TGO products and services to support our local projects.

You will work with all the teams within Development and Operations and many groups outside of TGO (e.g. Game production, IT), gain broad knowledge across the TGO's services and products portfolio, learn how to manage performance and functional online issues and identify systems misconfiguration by involving the right teams for their resolution.
TGO.APAC provides you an excellent opportunity to learn and grow as a well-rounded problem and performance analyst and a full-fledged online operations manager.
Responsibilities
• Support and ensure the effective coordination of technical teams for requests fulfillment and issues resolution.
• Ensure that priorities are managed and respected according to the plan set out with the APAC manager.
• Effectively communicate with online stakeholders so that they are informed of ongoing projects.
• Report on the advancement of the deliverables to the team and the clients, and address any gaps.
• Contribute to the ongoing efforts to review, document and improve business flows and processes.
• Engage in the internal technical sharing with various teams and projects.
• Carry out all other related tasks
Qualifications
Requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Previous experience in project management.
• Proficient in use of the MS Office suite.
• Excellent presentation, organization, time management and cross-department communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in information technology and fair understanding of online services.
• Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time.

Preferences
• Bilingual (Mandarin-English).
• Exposure to JIRA or related tool.
• Experience of working in virtual/global teams.
• Experience in agile development process (Scrum an asset).
• Exposure to IT Service Management tools.
• Experience in the video games industry or customer service.
