General Description
Condé Nast Co/Lab’s Performance Marketing team supports the organization’s brand portfolio as a centralized digital expert in social and paid media distribution. The team is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead data management, reporting, and analytics for our social and paid media efforts around branded content. The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in pairing data with creative insights to measure the success of our branded content programs and paid distribution strategy. This role will also work closely with key stakeholders across Sales and Campaign Management to ensure that future campaigns incorporate learnings from prior performance. Primary Responsibilities
• Regularly monitor campaign delivery and performance to improve efficiency and ensure goals are being met.
• Synthesize performance data to create actionable, operational insights that inform distribution strategy.
• Develop templates and resources to standardize data reporting and communication across organization.
• Compile client-facing reports on a regular basis to showcase campaign success.
• Create, update, and own branded content tracking tools to serve as internal reference for Revenue Operations.
• Identify overarching paid media trends and tactics to enhance branded content promotion.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert in social and paid media performance metrics.
• Analyze historical performance results to develop robust benchmarking tools to measure campaign success.
• Continuously evaluate impact of social distribution on branded content performance to inform creative development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 4+ years digital marketing experience at a reputable advertising agency, publisher, or media company. Expertise in social and digital data analysis is a must.
• Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Omniture, and Content Discovery platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital media performance metrics, including conversion-oriented measurement.
• Experience with branded content development and distribution.
• Familiarity with digital and social analytics tools, platforms, and the competitive landscape.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders.
• Prior management experience a plus.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Advertising required.
