The Role:
Live Nation is seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Country Nation division to support Street Team Marketing, Fan Engagement and other marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Create promotional plans and execute secondary market media promotions
• Research and implement promotional partnerships with local businesses
• Execute promotional logistics
• Develop ecards and analyze results
• Grow and manage festival subscriber database
• Analyze promotion and ecard performance and develop strategy for success
• Coordinate marketing event calendar
• Maintain media lists
• Reconcile all marketing expenses and compile advertising recaps
Street Team Marketing:
• Management and coordination of festival street teams
• Organize and schedule street team participation at local events
• Create promotional materials and displays
Fan Engagement:
• Management and coordination of fan service program
• Answer festival fan email
• Manage set up of guest service locations at festivals
• Work with guest service team with onsite problem solving
• Compile daily guest service reports for each festival
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Event Planning
• 1-3 years experience in concert marketing
• Proficient computer skills including: Excel, Outlook, Word, WordPress, Google Docs and Dropbox Adobe Photoshop skills a plus!
• Flexible work hours
• Strong creative skills
• Superior communication, problem solving and attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Position will involve travel and physicality
