Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a Digital Operations Specialistfor its Digital Publishing team. This individual will report to the Director, Digital Operations, and will be responsible for supporting the Digital Sales team in growing the digital business. This position should be a highly-organized and pro-active individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in an extremely dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with cross-functional international team to compile and maintain digital product catalog information from a variety of sources, with a high degree of accuracy
• Distribute weekly internal reports summarizing upcoming digital content, and data-quality issues
• Support digital sales reporting quality through regular data checks with sales analysts and other teams
• Collaborate with Release Management Team to maintain high level of accuracy for upcoming digital products in our internal tracking system
• Coordinate with Financial Planning team to ensure that accounting codes are correctly created and assigned for digital products prior to release
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of experience in digital sales
• Well-organized and extremely detail-oriented
• Pro-active and able to work autonomously within a highly dynamic environment
• Effective and professional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously with high quality
• Strong affinity for the videogame industry and its products
• Experience with MicroStrategy or other BI tools a plus
• French language skills a plus
