Job Title: eCommerce Systems and Delivery Associate
Location: San Rafael
Overview:
• As an ecommerce Systems and Delivery Associate you will be a member of Autodesk’s ecommerce team and your work will be critical to the global success of digital delivery.
• The ecommerce Systems and Delivery Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, setup and maintenance of Autodesk’s product catalog, promotion set-up and tracking.
• You will collaborate with and effectively work across divisions, roles and organizations including Product Marketing/Management, Analytics, Web Marketing, GCSO and the eStore Partner, Digital River.
Specific Sales Hub support RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support global (digital direct) sales hubs
• Maintain user profiles/access levels for all Hub agents
• Act as contact person for all hub agents
• Contact person for Programs team regarding Hub projects
• Maintain Product ID set up in catalog, implement list price changes as needed
• Maintain all promotions sold on the sales hub, this would include set up and take down, communication of promos with agents
• Maintain all email templates going out from DR
• Run reports as needed
• Point of contact for Hub with other groups:
◦ Finance
◦ Customer Loyalty
◦ Digital River
• Thorough knowledge of the Global Commerce platform and the integration between GC and Autodesk in regards to all relevant orders; be able to trouble shoot all Hub order issues.
• Must understand self-service and Agent assisted order flow.
• Must understand all Alternate Payment Methods flow (Wire Transfer, etc.)
General eStore Operations RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain the online store catalog; configure products and pricing on the online store; updates product description copy, necessary digital assets, obtains SKUs (product part numbers) for setup and pricelists configuration.
• Effectively contracts and communicates with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with delivery of project requests.
• Develops strong, positive relationships and maintains effective communication channels.
• Consults with Manager, ecommerce Systems and Delivery team and ecommerce Project Managers on development and execution of activities to meet eStore project goals.
• Identifies and provides first level resolution with customer issues.
• Suggests solutions and implements if appropriate.
• Provides updates on ecommerce Systems and Delivery project activities, online store results and issue resolution.
• Works with ecommerce partners on special projects to design, deploy and enhance new online stores, setup new functions/features, improve navigation, optimize search, enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• 3 years of relevant experience in a technology driven product and/or service environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including ability to accurately gauge project duration, deliver on deadlines, and manage a workload with possible conflicting priorities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Experience with international projects, back office order fulfillment or launching a product.
• Previous experience with ecommerce a plus.
