The Digital Reporting and Financial Analyst prepares and communicates Digital financial and
business analyses (i.e. revenue, volume, and expense budgeting, forecasting, weekly
and monthly results, variance analysis, rates and pricing analysis).
Responsibilities:
• Must be able to manipulate large amounts of data from disparate sources and ensure
accuracy and integrity of sales and financial numbers.
• Partners with Digital Sales team to create customized reporting and campaign analysis. Maintains
digital dashboard to evaluate key objectives and designs and provides ad hoc
reports.
• Provides benchmark performance across all marketing channels for digital subscriptions
including Cost per Order (CPO) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA) analysis.
• Develops key performance indicators tracking results and analyzing sales campaign
response rates; stops by audience segments to gain market understanding of
consumer transactions. Advises management on risk variables that affect
customer retention and advises on specific touch points and marketing
opportunities.
• Communicates effectively and can build and present findings to management.
• Develops, recommends, and implements ideas and projects that will result in improved
efficiency, productivity, quality, and operational savings.
Data Analysis Skills Required:
• Excel power user (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced IF statements)
• SAP (BPC)Adobe Analytics
• comScore
• SQL preferred but not required
