ANZ Digital Marketing Manager
Description
• Develop & execute Autodesk’s Digital Sales program for Australian business through the existing eStore
• Assist in developing and executing a launch plan for a New Zealand eStore
• Develop and execute multi ‐ touch digital marketing programs to acquire new customers, grow our technology footprint within existing customers, and retain current subscribers.
• Measure and report on effectiveness (ROI) Work closely with the ANZ Sales team to understand and support their goals through aligned sales/marketing programs
• Collaborate with an extended marketing organization, including industry marketing, industry campaigns, sales enablement, public relations and cross industry on the development of effective demand generation campaigns for digital sales.
• Work with vendors, manage budget and vendor relationships to provide campaign support
• Be the conduit for sharing of marketing best practices among our teams
Experience and Skills Required:
• 4 ‐ year degree with a minimum of 5 ‐ 10 years field marketing experience in B2B software.
• Experience in a wide range of inbound and outbound marketing disciplines, including social media (especially LinkedIn and Facebook), organic and paid search, retargeting, direct marketing, event marketing, and advertising.
• Experience in IT retail, e-commerce and channel marketing is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce.com and business analytics tools such as QlikView or Domo.
• Experience developing and executing demand generation campaigns with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo.
• Knowledge of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration.
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to get the job done
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Proven ability to influence matrix management peers and superiors
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done
• Travel required up to 20%
