Role
This position will be part of the EMEA Territory HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and report to the HR Director (HRBP) for EMEA Territory Sales. This is both a strategic and tactical role focused on managing, implementing or improving programs and processes critical to the delivery of HR support at local or global level. The role will provide expertise in creating processes, programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) aimed at improving efficiency.
Through an innovative, methodical and process focused mindset you will drive operational efficiency, reduce waste and redundancy of efforts hence improving the speed and caliber by which HRBP support is delivered.
You will work cross-functionally with various groups and Centers of Excellence (COE) using their gained knowledge to drive change. This role requires someone with a strong analytical mindset.
Scope & Responsibilities
The scope and reach of this role will vary depending on the projects and priorities assigned. However, primary focus will be within respective business unit where you will work with the HRBP on HR programs, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. There will be a need to collaborate with GEO colleagues and functional partners across multiple countries.
Support or lead various annual programs such as focal planning, calibration, talent reviews, headcount planning, headcount analysis, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Support or lead various regular projects such as quarterly talent review, monthly headcount reporting, employee engagement activities (working with Survey Champion for EMEA Territory Sales), employee awards, surveys etc.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting regular reviews of current processes; fully develop suggestions for improvements to maximize value of resources.
Ensure our metrics and analytics are produced and are aligned to the strategic goals of the organization. Generate, manipulate and analyze complex data sets. Use data to facilitate change and communicate recommendations. Create, analyze, and maintain surveys and survey data for multiple initiatives. Build relationships across the organization, engaging often to understand the current challenges and future goals.
What else do you need to be successful?
Prior work experience and familiarity in the field of HR. Project Management certification and/or experience preferred. You must be comfortable with multi-tasking, variety, and in case of ambiguity taking initiative toward clarity. Thus, a successful candidate will have:
