Intern, Pop - Program Planning & Scheduling (New York City)
Position Summary
Pop - Program Planning & Scheduling (NEW YORK CITY): Within our department, Interns will learn how a cable network is scheduled by utilizing ratings and researching competitive data and assisting in the data entry within the scheduling database. In addition, interns will also update departmental documentation, create themed programming and assist with general administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have a passion for television, attention to detail and social media savvy. Proficiency in Excel and internet based research a must.

Lionsgate Internship Program – Spring 2018
Santa Monica, CA / January 16 – April 6, 2018 / 20 hours per week maximum
LIONSGATE is the leading independent filmed entertainment studio with a strong and diversified presence in motion pictures, television programming, home entertainment, family entertainment, video-on-demand and digital distribution of content.
The Lionsgate Internship Program is designed to provide interested students with a hands-on experience in the entertainment industry.
Please read the following information carefully before submitting an application.
Important Dates:
• The Lionsgate Spring 2018 Internship Program dates are the following: January 16 – April 6, 2018.
• The last day to apply is Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 5PM PST. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
• All interns are required to attend orientation on either Tuesday, January 16, 2018 OR Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
• A cover letter is requiredwhen submitting an application. Applications received without a cover letter will be considered incomplete and not reviewed.
Details:
• All internships are located in Santa Monica, CA, unless otherwise stated. Interns must provide their own housing and transportation.
• Interns can work a minimum of 10 hours/week and up to a maximum of 20 hours/week.
• All internships are paid.
• Interns must be current sophomores through recent grads (within 6 months of internship start date).
