Job Description
● Market & Competitive Intelligence – know our target audience, how they buy and their buying criteria; be an expert on the competition and how to outmaneuver them; keep abreast of the industry trends, the market influencers, and the general ecosystem of big data and market research.
● Product Positioning – define and document our product hierarchy, messaging, and core market differentiation; ensure positioning is consistently filtered through all channels of communications, internal & external (e.g. sales materials, website, PR & Analyst briefings, etc.).
● Content Generation – deliver high-quality product materials and collateral (brochures, sales decks, website copy), as well as thought leadership materials in the form of blog articles, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, web pages, to support demand generation campaigns and sales cycles.
● GTM Strategy & Product Launches – manage and execute on GTM strategy for relevant data product portfolio, including new product launches and major releases
● Thought Leadership – develop strong POV on our products and represent that through content, client meetings, and industry speaking engagements
● Demand Generation – support marketing team on lead generation activities, including trade shows, email campaigns, hosted events, etc., with messaging, collateral and follow up sales materials.
● Sales Enablement – ensure sales clearly understands and is able to articulate product positioning and differentiators; deliver tools that support sales enablement, such as battle cards, canned demos, sales training, etc.; support sales cycles with unique messaging and content as needed.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or higher; MBA preferred
Consulting and/or technical background is a plus
5 + years professional experience in Marketing, or Digital Ad Agency or other product marketing roles dealing with internet and/or technology (consumer or B2B)
Experience partnering with Product Management and Marketing/PR organizations
Strong understanding or interest in advertising technology and the industry landscape
Must have a strong skills with Keynote, Powerpoint and other visual media to make what you are saying even more impactful and eye catching
Strong analytical ability and outstanding communication skills. Comfortable communicating to multiple audiences, both technical and business teams
Sharp eye for detail and proven project management skills
Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive communications and to think creatively/strategically… sometimes at the same time.
