The Project Coordinator will support the Business Programme Office on initiatives contained within the Operational Plan. They will help build project plans, identify risks, issues and key dependencies required for each inititaves to achieve their goals. They will also support the BPO on wider PMO activity including gathering reports, data activity and taking coherent actions and notes.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for all projects and facilitate collaborative working.
• Work closely with Project Manager’s to identify key areas of support necessary on individual initiatives, taking into account the priorities and complexities of the different components across the list.
• To create and help implement the individual project plans where appropriate, identifying project milestones, risks and deliverables, and to ensure that plans are fully available to track progress.
• To adapt and condense standard project management procedures and processes for rapid-response, fast-turnaround projects.
• To think creatively and to be adaptive in finding solutions whilst proactively engaging with stakeholders, project team and suppliers to ensure any miscommunications, risks and issues are addressed and mitigated against as early as possible.Maintain all key information on company systems so that reports, briefs and other documentation is readily available for the team and management as required.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
• Educated to higher education or equivalent work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Interest in Publishing, language learning and/or education.
• Good at working to a process
• IT literate
• Project experience in mid-size or corporate organisation.
• Experience of working as part of a team
• Experience of administration in a structured environment
