Virgin Mobile has a great opportunity for a highly motivated, individual to support the Campaign Management Team with the delivery of highly effective campaigns in Canada.
The really important stuff…
• Lead campaign design and development, hardware pricing execution, hardware launch programs and, supporting all areas of marketing (product, price, promotion and distribution)
• Lead cross functional teams to define campaign strategic plans, and support the development of tactical plans to ensure maximum impact to the Virgin bottom line
• Support multi retailers in planning and developing tactical channel and regional marketing programs to drive sales
• Leverage data to develop targeted base campaigns to drive cross-sell, usage and feature upsell
• Ability to clearly identify Market Opportunities, and drive the organization to take action to win the small battles
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to provide structure in an fast paced environment
• Deliver against portfolio growth targets in a fast paced market, in which the only constant is change…and lots of it!
• Meet aggressive due dates on project implementation
• Post mortem development and analysis
• Develop strong working relationships with Sales, Channel Marketing, Web and Member Care teams to deliver integrated communications across all touch-points.
• Influence others for shared business gain. (You’re both motivated and motivating.)
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty. And execute flawlessly.
• Multi-task, multi-task, multi-task. (Did we mention you’ll need to multi-task?)
The “Must Haves” …
• Undergraduate Business degree with a Marketing focus preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in progressive marketing positions
• Mobile phone/Telecom experience a big, huge, giant plus. (Yes, with a cherry on top.)
• Microsoft Office wiz
• ‘Member first’ mentality
• A Clutch Performer…the whole team is counting on your leadership!
• Collaborative team player
• Out-of-the-box thinker
• Independent worker who takes ownership of tasks
• Not scared to leverage “big data” to build insights and recommendations
