Facilities Coordinator,
Condé Nast, Facilities Department
Condé Nast is looking for a Facilities Coordinator who can assist our Facilities Department. This individual should be a self-starter, great communicator and have a good understating of basic hand tools and facilities operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Supports the Facilities Department in all facets of the operation.
• Functions as a mobile, physical response customer service agent.
• A facilities generalist who will complete small facilities related work tasks as required.
• Responds to, acts on and follows-up on all work tickets and assigns and reassigns all work tickets as needed.
• Conducts facilities inspections as assigned.
• Sets-up and breaks down function rooms as needed.
• Responds to remote office needs as assigned.
• Coordinates workspace moves.
• Sets-up and breaks down event signage as needed.
• Responds to emergency alerts as dispatched.
• Works in close coordination with the Conde Nast Operations Center and Security.
• Performs project related functions as assigned and in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
• Other duties as assigned by The Director of Facilities.

• Good with basic tools and possesses the ability and desire to learn new skills.
