We're looking for a People Development Coordinator to help support our amazing talent. You should be curious, passionate about Pinterest, and a quick learner who can execute against the demands of our scaling company. As a part of our People function, your foremost goal will be to help our employees do their career’s best work and live their best lives.
What you’ll do:
• Lead coordination of employee onboarding and facilitate orientation
• Manage scheduling, coordination and communication of employee and manager trainings
• Manage all employee and manager development resources, including vendor invoices, tracking team spending and costs, and ensuring alignment with overall budgets
• Assist with the administration and backend support for our performance review cycle/tool
• Create surveys and collect feedback to evaluate our development programs
What we’re looking for:
• BA/BS required; 1-2 years experience
• High attention to detail; strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Interest and/or experience presenting in front of large groups
• Proactive and able to manage or prioritize various work streams with limited guidance
• Excellent problem solving abilities
