Head of Content Strategy, 23Stories x Condé Nast
This leadership role will oversee all activities for the development of 23Stories Creative and Branded Content campaigns (a $50M and growing business) reporting into the EVP, Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
What you will do:
You will have the responsibility to evolve and innovate the custom creative and branded content offering and strategy of 23 Stories. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new clients, pioneering new business models and improving margins on existing partnerships. You will lead a team of 15+ strategists.
Essential Qualifications:
You are an inspirational leader that drives high performing revenue teams. You are a passionate marketer. You work extremely well with many different teams and personality types. You are organized and pay attention to detail.
• Experience leading large custom/branded content teams
• Extensive experience managing and growing revenue with a Start-Up mentality
• P/L management experience
• Exceptional Collaborative skills to work across Sales, Content Creation, Engineering and media teams.
• Ability to negotiate and close multimillion dollar Custom/Branded content programs
• Ability to lead teams and business units through a rapidly changing media landscape
• Expert in and passionate about all things digital
• Creative mind and lover of big ideas
• 15+ years of experience (Digital Sales, Marketing, Agency Business Development)
• Prior experience at a creative agency and in branded content a huge plus
