Job Description
*Build Oath Annual and Quarterly Strategic Plan for assigned buyers to drive growth against the Oath SSPs.
*Partner and align with Managed Media leads to uncover and contribute to category and client-level opportunities globally and regionally at
both the Agency and Brand level.
*Be the expert in Publisher and Packaged PMP offerings to create successful proposals, positioning strategy, and optimization.
*Utilize strong analytic skills to monitor buying activity, troubleshoot, mine for actionable insights and provide analytic support for sales
partners and the broader Buyer Development team.
*Meet defined monthly and quarterly revenue goals across supply platform targets.
*Work through Open Demand Platform Leads to provide bidder and buyer feedback that will inform product, engineering, and solutions
development aligned with client needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to maintain own work-flow and meet deadlines in an autonomous environment;
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills;
• Self-starter and proactive ability to organize and handle multiple priorities;
• Initiative and quick learner with a flexible attitude to cope within a rapidly changing arena;
• Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external);
• Proficiency on the bidder and buyer landscape in Brazil: industry, competitors and key drivers;
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients;
Preferred Qualifications:
• Deep understanding about Programmatic Landscape;
• Strong background on Managing Programmatic relationships with advertisers and agencies;
• Established relationship with agencies and trade-desks;
• Experience in pitching and selling programmatic projects;
• Field-sales background is a plus;
• 2+ years of advertising sales experience AND?OR manage programmatic operations
