A little bit about our team:
The Fan Engagement & CRM team sits at the center of Warner Music Group, within the Artist Services division, guiding & supporting our frontline labels and territory teams in their mission to bring our artists’ music to millions of fans around the world. We manage platforms and create tools for acquisition, engagement and reporting, provide campaign management strategy and knowledge sharing to digital marketers, all driven by our consumer analyses and insights. The platform team within CRM oversees all consumer–level data platforms, from development of new tools, integrations and processes to admin and maintenance of our data environment, powering our automation and personalized communication between artists and fans, delivering the right message to the right fan at the right time, in the right context.

The CRM Coordinator’s primary role is to support hands on, the design and implementation of processes, solutions and tools Fan Engagement programs as outlined by the Sr. Director of CRM Platforms. What you will work on will reach millions of music fans around the world and contribute to the careers of some of the best and biggest ar. You will work with people all over the world across many functions and have a voice on ways to engage fans, brainstorm marketing strategy and adopt new technologies. You wil be required to perform tasks including but not limited to email production, reporting, data management, platform administration, presentations & content creation.
Here you’ll get to:
• Support large scale Fan Engagement & CRM program development and execution
• Collaborate with the development, campaign & analytics teams to create super engaging connections between our artists and their fans
• Oversee consumer marketing platforms across hundreds of users and brands
• Project manage some development and help lead marketing automation efforts
• Support Proof of Concept projects and continuously test out new products
• Report and provide insight on digital marketing activity to stakeholders
• Regularly update documentation around processes, program and marketing technology
• Provide roll out support, training and QA for new smarketing tools and system integrations
• Regularly communicate with team members on ongoing special projects, participate in brainstorms, proactively research marketing trends, and be a contributing member of the team.
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Translate business requirements into tangible results
• Navigate your way across various CRM & Digital Marketing tools and concepts
• Think critically, multi task, initiate projects & solve problems, with strong attention to detail
• Llearn software product management and build new tools that connect artist and their fans across all channels
• You have 2-4 years of relevant experience around email, mobile, social, web and advertising
• You know some HTML and CMS
• You’re proficient with Microsoft office suite
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with SQL, database query, data flow and APIs
• Experience with marketing analytics and business intelligence software (including Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Adobe Analytics)
• Design and adobe Photoshop experience
• You can bring some of your fan experience into our strategy and experience creation
