Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing, with responsibility for supporting team members in executing and managing digital marketing, print collateral, and events-related projects across the New Curriculum product portfolio.
In the near term, the position will report to the senior manager of science marketing given the bulk of the work will be related to launching and selling our new science curriculum in the K-12 market.
Responsibilities:
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as collateral and samples to districts reviewing our products
• In partnership with vendors and the sales team, track inventory of collateral and samples
• Create emails, graphics, landing pages and forms in our marketing automation system using existing templates and/or identifying the need for additional templates
• Manage content for multiple campaigns deploying in a short time frame adhering to tight deadlines
• Create reports to analyze campaign performance and inform best practices for future campaigns
• Actively participate in strategy and planning for future campaigns, applying knowledge gained from past campaigns
• Use our CMS tool to update the company website, ensuring information is current and up-to-date
• Provide support for internal teams using marketing automation, website CMS and webinar functionality
• Proofread content based on the Amplify brand guidelines and content owner direction
Basic Qualifications:
• BA in English or other humanities field
• 2+ years work experience in marketing, communications or a related field
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe tools, Google suite, and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with a CMS tool
• Experience with website analytics
• Experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with publishing or education industries
