The Office Management team are all about making the day-to-day work easier for all band-members of Spotify. What you’ll do
• Monitoring and acting on tickets sent through our Jira system
• Update the floor plans and placements
• Organize and monitor inventory and order office supplies
• Responsible for fire protection and review of evacuation plan and fire safety education for new employees
• Make sure that the office and the storages are tidy and that safety regulations are being followed
• Installation and repairs
• Maintenance and installation of lighting
• Work with the janitor staff to maintain the “Spotify Maintenance Checklist”
• Cover for receptionist if needed
• Coordinate all repairs for office appliances
• Run errands and buy supplies if needed
• Assist with catering events and clean up
• Keep kitchen/pantry organized
Who you are
• You have experience from a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills, proficiency in both Japanese and English
• You are a passionate colleague
• You have excellent social skills and
• an ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• You have good self management skills and a can-do-attitude
