Job Title
Ad Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Martha Stewart Weddings
The Ad Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales Directors and Executive Director Marketing and serves as the first point-of-contact to clients, prospects and partners. This position assists the sales and marketing team through the entire sales and execution process; functions as the team’s “go to” person when they are out of the office and a representative of the Martha Stewart Weddings brand both internally and at outside events.
Essential Job Functions
45% Performs administrative support to the department. Answers telephone. Coordinates mailings. Makes reservations. Completes expense reports. Coordinates comp list mgmt. Coordinates agency/client events. Orders supplies for sales team. Scheduling. Sell Sheet Management, Promo Closet Inventory. Correspondence.
40% Participates in client support-related responsibilities. Completes Requests for Proposal (RFP’s) as requested including media plan creation when applicable. Support for Integrated Sales Planner including campaign implementation, optimization, reporting (performance and delivery) and renewal. Assists Account Managers with presentations. Submit marketing requests and ID Edit mentions. Maintains Salesforce for accurate estimating purposes; distributes and files for entire sales team. Involved in preparation of reports and presentations, planning and execution of events. Added value execution and Sell sheet management. Support of miscellaneous promotional programs and tracking of advertising partners.
15% Performs research responsibilities. Generates EZ Run and Ad Database requests. Submits PIB requests to Research Department.

Education:
College Degree
Experience:
One to two years related administrative support or media experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Good analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
