Administrative Assistant Duties:
• Answer phones including screening and routing calls appropriately
• Schedules meetings and maintains executives calendars
• Maintains, updates and circulates employment matters status reports
• Prepare expense reports
• Performs other general administrative duties as assigned
• Handling multiple time sensitive priorities
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
• Perform special assignments and projects as needed
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes)
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Must be flexible and able to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to frequent revision
• Must be able to work on multiple tasks and ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Build and maintain relationships with other departments and cross functional groups
