Job Description
• Under the supervision of the E-Commerce specialist, the coordinator will be responsible for managing all assets and execution of said assets for e-commerce marketing campaigns. The coordinator will be tasked with maintaining asset organization, briefing the creative teams and executing campaigns as per the plans. In addition to this, the coordinator will be responsible for communication across the various marketing teams in regards to e-commerce marketing campaigns. This includes keep the right teams aware of plans and strategies as well as ensuring the proper tasks are handed out. in addition to e-commerce, the coordinator will be responsible for production of “gift with purchase items” for all of NCSA as well as assisting in managing retail marketing assets and POP.
E-commerce Marketing Responsibilities (30% of workload):
• Brief, and coordinate all assets related to e-commerce marketing campaigns across CRM, online banners and social media
• Keep marketing calendar up to date in regards to e-commerce plans for all related stakeholders
• Assist in building and delivering analyses on e-comm marketing campaigns
• Support cross-functional teams by providing up to date information about projects related to e-commerce and UWS
• Liaise with north American marketing teams for e-commerce marketing execution
Ubiworkshop Promotional Products Responsibilities (50% of workload)
• Create a promotional catalog for each brand to be proposed to the different internal clients.
• Execute and coordinate all GWP plans as per the requester which includes design, manufacturing and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish their promotional product’s needs (Teams from US, Canada, Headquarter).
• Help manage the planning (product, marketing, etc.) and execution of events and tradeshows for Ubiworkshop
Retail Marketing Responsibilities (20% of workload)
• Manage and produce retail POP and GWP items
• Assist sales coordinator in managing retail assets and product decks
• Manage GWP production and execution for Canadian retail accounts
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Management (business, marketing or related fields)
• 2+ year experience in marketing project management
• Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Adaptation to change quickly and effectively, maintaining a professional attitude and achieve action items through completion.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work with creative people.
• A strong team player with strong interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Interacts with colleagues and suppliers in a manner which instills confidence in the organization.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and functional knowledge of Adobe’s Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of the gaming industry, and associated digital and retail practices (i.e. Games, DLCs, Season Pass, etc.). Gamer preferred.
