Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Content Marketing and Engagement Manager to drive key initiatives to augment the understanding and adoption of the Spectrum Enterprise brand across the organization. This role will work closely with the Vice President of Brand Strategy and Marketing Communications to create and execute programs across multiple U.S. locations to educate employees on key brand attributes and differentiation through thought-provoking and fun activities. Working with the content strategy and digital teams, this individual will play an instrumental role in interpreting our brand promise into fun and engaging employee activities such as site brand kits, surveys, games, challenges, brain teasers and other communication and engagement activities in a smart and thoughtful way that conveys a deeper meaning and purpose for our brand.
The Brand Content Marketing and Engagement Manager will be responsible for brainstorming, creating and executing in-person and online activities that inspire employees to embrace the Spectrum Enterprise brand and help fulfill our brand promise through their day to day interactions with clients and peers. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with broad experience creating unique marketing programs across digital and in-person channels. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong attention to detail to conceive, create and project manage multiple activities across numerous U.S-based locations.
Responsibilities:
• Strategize, coordinate and execute brand employee engagement tactics aligned to brand and product announcements
• Create engaging content and messaging in a variety of formats (digital, print, games, interactive tools) based on brand narratives and key messages
• Continuously measure employee-brand sentiment and develop activities to raise brand visibility and understanding
• Manage vendor relationships and logo merchandise redemption website
• Create executive-level communications – such as newsletters, cards and notes both in print and online
• Educate and evangelize the brand both internally and externally
Skills Requirements
• BA – College Degree, MBA preferred but not required
• 7+ years marketing experience creating and executing unique marketing promotions and internal communications activities
• 5+ years experience driving large-scale marketing projects (such as product announcements or large events) working within a large, matrixed organization
• Previous B2B Large Enterprise Marketing experience with preference within Technology or Telco Industries
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills
