Summary:
Responsible for managing the strategic process design across all business lines for Comcast Business. Serve as part of a core team that includes field representation and partners in various organizations who will support the direction for effective and strategic operating models and practices. The team will be responsible for defining a cohesive plan that includes the design of technology, people, and processes to support the delivery of process improvements or product introduction. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives and helps to tirelessly communicate plans with all impacted parties. Has a greater degree of impact on business results, and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.
Core Responsibilities:
• Directs the daily and overall performance of department projects. Delegates responsibilities when necessary. Ensures projects are completed on time and in adherence to the given budget and in accordance with company standards.
• Manages direct and dotted-line reports. Mentors and guides staff, ensuring access to ongoing training programs, policies, operational procedures, and guiding them in building their technical and communications skills.
• Manages analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization, including Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance and Legal.
• Completes assessments of business processes and documents each of the following areas: problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations.
• Reduces variation from processes so that simplification is obtained and operational efficiencies are gained.
• Creates clearly defined and mutually agreeable success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor, and measure the success of those metrics.
• Uses a methodical yet collaborative approach to measure the process, define the problem statement, performing a gap analysis, standardize solutions around best practices, and repeat the steps for continuous improvement.
• Develops repeatable and scalable plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
• Interacts closely with a matrixed cross-functional team, both field and corporate, in order to secure alignment and solution excellence.
• Works with HR counterparts to identify plans for change management, communication, and training needs.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Job Specification:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with people leadership and management preferred
