Job Summary
Demonstrated leadership experience in design, development, implementation, and administration of all complex Compensation, Benefits, and Rewards & Recognition programs. Council senior leadership regarding the implementation and ongoing administration of compensation programs and best practices. Ensures compliance with all governmental record-keeping and reporting requirements for compensation programs. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manages and instructs team and leaders in the coordination of the annual salary and bonus review process.
• Provides guidance and leadership in the evaluation and maintenance of employee benefit programs.
• Provides visionary insight into best practices to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support strategic objectives, maintain our competitiveness and comply with regulations.
• Provides direction, coaching, and development opportunities for all direct reports.
-Ability to communicate complex programs that are easily consumed by 24K employees at various levels.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
-Compensation Committee/Board experience preferred
-Strong Business & Financial Acumen
• Generally requires 12+ years related experience
• Certified Compensation Professional preferred
• Strong research, analytical and systems experience
• Ability to build networks across the division in support of key objectives
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship managements skills
• Knowledge of the laws and compliance requirements
• Ability to travel as required
