Partnerships Coordinator, Forbes Live
Our ForbesLive team is currently seeking a Partnerships Coordinator. ForbesLive leverages unique access to the world’s most influential leaders, policy makers, entrepreneurs, and artists – uniting these global forces to harness their collective knowledge, address today’s critical issues and discover innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
• Manage new business and lead generation, via strategic research and outreach
• Serve as liaison between sales team and client, managing sponsor onboarding process, and account support
• Write creative, response-generating pitches with the goal of securing potential client meetings
• Create proposals outlining potential event sponsorship integrations / responding to advertising RFPs
• Traffic necessary paperwork through internal channels
• Administrative tasks, such as database management, Salesforce and general coordination
Required Skills/Experience:
• 6 months – 1 year relevant work/internship experience
• Bachelors degree (preferably communications or marketing)
• Exceptionally strong writing and interpersonal communications skills – for internal and external relationship management
• Have a solutions-oriented mindset – ability to demonstrate responsiveness and competence under tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task, efficiently manage time and prioritize deliverables
• Above average PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
• Detail-oriented, extremely organized, interest in events
