LONDON Recruitment Coordinator
We are currently looking for an extremely organised individual to join our busy recruitment team. You will be working alongside our Senior Recruiter ensuring that a varied range of daily, weekly and bi-weekly tasks are completed on-time and accurately.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Maintaining and updating Recruiting database.
• Maintaining and updating Recruiting report.
• Arranging interviews and booking meeting rooms.
• Greeting candidates when they arrive for interview and gathering required passport/work-visa documentation.
• Preparation for interviews – printing CV’s, breakdowns and loading showreels.
• Responding to recruitment applications.
• Assisting with coordinating local and international recruiting events.
• Coordinating materials for recruiting presentations.
• Researching around niche positions and where to advertise.
• Posting job adverts.
• Providing general administrative support to the Recruiting team.
• Undertaking or supporting projects as needed.

Requirements:
Education / Experience:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification.
• Previous administrative experience supporting a fast paced Talent or Recruitment team.
Required Skills / Competencies:
• Show a positive and proactive attitude.
• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with internal and external individuals at various levels of seniority.
• Successfully organise, prioritise and complete multiple projects with extreme attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability and flexibility.
• Work independently and be self-motivated.
• Experience of creating and maintain databases.
Preferred Skills / Competencies:
• An interest in and understanding of VFX industry.
• A commitment to continual professional development.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
