Digital Audio Producer, WSJ
Job Description:
The Wall Street Journal is looking for experienced audio journalists for its podcast operations in New York.
Position Requirements:
• Will help write, produce and present daily podcasts from our New York studios
• Will play role in day-to-day coverage, story suggestion and collaborating with other journalists at WSJ
• Must have studio production skills and ability to handle breaking news
• Must have passion for podcasting and knowledge of social media and audio trends
• Should have several years experience behind the microphone, possess strong writing skills and embrace new ways for audio storytelling
• Adobe Audition and other editing experience a big plus
• Field production experience helpful
• Some travel likely
