Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is seeking a highly talented, self-driven, detail-oriented, Data Analyst Internto support insight initiatives for the Customer Management department, with a focus on mapping customer’s interactions throughout his engagement with Ubisoft’s online systems.
The data analyst intern’s primary role will be to analyse the interactions made by customers in the Ubisoft online systems and map the interactions for a better understanding of the actions and results.
The Data Analyst Intern will closely work with IT Global, Business Intelligence and Marketing Analytics teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work directly with the Business Data Architect into identifying customer’s interactions across systems and their correspondent data repository
• Utilize internal tools to conduct comprehensive analysis, aggregate data maintaining accurate records on findings, and document all sources of information, alongside with the customer’s interactions
• Required to have strong analytical skills and ability to capture data from different sources, using different technologies
• Present the result of the data mapping to management, and integrate the feedback in the final model
• Identify points of improvement in the customer’s online experience based on the result of the data mapping
• Support the Business Data Architect with the efforts in the areas of data profiling, data quality, and data manipulation.
Qualifications
•Working towards a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree desired) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Applied Economics, Applied Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Market Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems or another heavily quantitative program.
• Experience using a programming language or statistical software: SQL, SAS, Excel / VBA, R or other
• Data analysis and modelling
• Well-developed analytical skills

• Strong business acumen
• Statistical measurement
• Strong computer skills
