Description:
The successful candidate will be an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator, who will be responsible for supporting sales directors and sales managers in their quest to achieve ongoing sales growth, the development of a stable and growing client base and profitable business relationships.
This role is the ideal gateway for anyone looking for a career in media sales, and wants to learn and grow with an exciting and vibrant company. You will develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, such as advertising and creative agencies, and direct clients. As part of News Corporation, you will engage with many of the other business units and widen your professional network.

Responsibilities
• Manage bookings / client requests in a timely and efficient manner, checking rates agreed and scope of work
• Contracts - Managing the full contract process, creating system contract requests, liaising with clients / legal on contract approvals, maintaining accuracy and quality control on all contracts.
• Invoicing - Managing the invoice procedure; checking against contracts, liaising with finance, issuing to agencies, tracking all payments.
• System Management - Ensuring salesforce opportunities are closed/won and correlate with bookings and keeping the client contact lists up to date in the system
• Monitoring - Contract commitments and compliance, monitoring share and client spends via relevants tools as well as client media and social activity and competitor activity.
• Assist with the response to client RFP’s and pricing requests
• Preparing reports as required by sales and management
Skills / Competencies
• 1 year experience in media or sales (preferable)
• Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of slack and salesforce preferable but not essential
