Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a temporary Community Coordinator, to be located in San Francisco, to support its Program Management organization. This individual will report to the Community Program Manager in SF, and will be responsible for supporting the Community Program Manager with administrative tasks and projects. The Community Coordinator role services internal teams, and does not interact directly with Ubisoft’s public community.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the online CMPM Planning Calendar. Includes entering and ensuring accuracy of information on a daily basis; delivery weekly updates via email; and ongoing QA/QC of the tool for improvements
• Ensure archiving of reports into online repository
• Take notes during key Frontline and LaunchPad meetings. Assist in running meetings as necessary.
• Maintain live operations room. Includes keeping consoles connected and profiles up-to-date, ensure technology is in working order, setting up for meetings, and maintaining general tidiness of space.
• Maintain Community SharePoint. Includes keeping documentation up-to-date, tagging metadata, working w/developer for site/feature development, QA/QC of features, etc.
• Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree
• 1 year working in a service-oriented field
• Versed in using Microsoft Office suite
• Adept at learning new software and tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented
• Ability to receive directions and follow up autonomously
Nice to Have
• Prior experience working in an office environment
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Basecamp, Slack, Jira, etc.
• Interest in the video game industry. A member or active participant in online communities is preferred.
