Position: Morning Show Producer
Location: Bell Media Radio – Hamilton, Ontario
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
Responsibilities:
• Technical production for morning show, weekdays 5:30-9am
• Developing creative and topical ideas for use both on and off the air
• Assisting with daily prep
• Production of daily morning show promos and special produced features for use within the show
• Social media and website blog management for the morning show
• Imaging for both the morning show and the overall radio station
• Assisting with commercial production, as required
• Other duties, such as voice tracking or occasional on-air work, as assigned
Qualifications:
• Must have excellent commercial/imaging production skills
• Must love generating original content both on-air and across all digital platforms
• Must have outstanding technical abilities and be able to multi-task in the studio
• Familiarity with Music Master, Wide Orbit Automation and Adobe Audition is a huge asset
• Valid G Class Driver’s license and a good driving record
• Experience in Radio or Television
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
