Job Summary
The Manager, Acquisition Marketing Direct Mail and Email, is responsible for managing the development and execution of acquisition and upgrade direct mail and email communications for XFINITY Internet, TV, Voice and Home, with a primary focus on the integration of XFINITY Mobile.
The ideal candidate is a driven performer with experience in developing high impact direct mail communications programs and email marketing initiatives. The candidate should also have significant experience managing and executing campaigns, gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders and providing critical thinking to optimize results. The individual needs to have a strong background driving ROI, with both a creative eye and deep executional experience. Experience in wireless advertising and managing variable data printing campaigns a plus. Candidate must possess the ability to lead and motivate agencies, and influence internal stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
-In partnership with key stakeholders, oversee XFINITY Mobile integrated direct mail programs to support the Company subscriber connection goals through response and conversion testing, and maximizing ROI.
-Manage all aspects of the development of creative assets for direct mail, shared mail, catalogs, inserts, email campaigns and other direct marketing programs while ensuring strategic objectives are met.
-Drive the creative strategy behind our acquisition email efforts, overseeing messaging, design and best practices
-Direct the advertising agency to ensure delivery of objectives and excellent execution.
-Secure all stakeholder approval on all messaging and assets.
-Serve as liaison across XFINITY Mobile Business Unit, Consumer Marketing, Field Marketing, and others.
-Partner with Divisions, XFINITY Mobile Business Unit & Consumer Marketing to help drive test and learn direct marketing agenda
-Ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.

Additional Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or Marketing Communications
-6-9 years related experience in direct marketing or related field
-Results-oriented, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and embraces innovation
-Shows sound judgement with regards to strategy and creative, insights & data
-Understands a sales-driven culture and is hyper focused on acquiring new customers while maintaining brand health.
-Fundamental understanding of direct marketing, direct mail and email best practices
-Basic comprehension of email design and messaging, as well as results measurements
-Easily adapts to change.
-Strong writing skills, especially for creative briefs & results reporting summaries
-Excellent communication skills -- for presenting, providing creative feedback, driving result summaries
-Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Eye for detail and the ability to ensure projects of any scale are delivered on time including initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
-Consensus building skills to align various stakeholders (Marcom, Marketing, Product, Divisions, Agencies)
