Then consider this rewarding position as the Marketing and New Business Coordinator at Sony Music Nashville where you will support international marketing efforts, help implement brand partnerships, and provide administrative support for marketing efforts that create exposure for our roster of industry-leading artists.

Responsibilities:
• Support international marketing efforts of label artists.
◦ Maintain and coordinate artist itineraries for international promotional tours/visits
◦ Coordinate media and ticket requests
◦ Consolidate marketing team details into a bi-weekly international report
◦ Send marketing tools to international partners. Compile needed tools from other label staff.
◦ Order and distribute physical and digital stock for international partners
◦ Compile promotional and commercial content such as track-by-tracks, epk’s, audio and video liners, and behind-the-scenes and b-roll video footage for international exploitation
• Help facilitate implementation of brand partnerships.
◦ Communicate with Legal & Business Affairs regarding deal status; update relevant marketing staff
◦ Monitor status of payments; communicate about outstanding invoices in partnership with Finance staff
◦ Provide support for partnership activations, such as helping with job orders or creation of tools
◦ Help coordinate revenue grid updates as deals are finalized
◦ Schedule and execute logistical aspects of meetings related to brand partnerships
◦ Solicit and collate artist demographic information for brand pitches
◦ Send marketing tools to brand partners; compile needed tools from other label staff
◦ Order and distribute physical and digital stock for partners
• Manage and archive various assets/tools (e.g. press releases, photos, video tools), improving ease of sharing items among team members
• Compile information and update all-artist marketing deck and sizzle reel
• Select, train, and oversee marketing department interns
• Coordinate placement of trade advertising, including print, digital, and outdoor advertising; oversee production of advertising elements; create job orders; facilitate approval process; manage revisions; monitor schedule, deal status, and ad allocation budget
• Arrange complex and detailed travel plans for artists and others for international promotional events and brand partner visits / appearances
• Manage various magazine subscriptions in coordination with Finance
• Complete special projects and other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative role with computer and administrative skills at a level typically gained through at least two years of experience (beyond internship experience)
College degree preferred, but not required
Music industry experience preferred; country music experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated success where the following was required: meeting deadlines; accomplishing work in order of priority; working on multiple priority tasks simultaneously while producing excellent results; maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally and a multicultural sensibility
Proven success operating in a professional, prompt, friendly, and efficient manner; demonstrated success maintaining constructive working relationships
Ability to learn new duties and adjust to new situations within a reasonable amount of time
Strong attention to detail
