The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
The sales operations team is the backbone of Bell Residential Services segment, whose mandate is to support a fast-paced and ever-growing sales channels in delivering Bell Residential Services to new customers in Ontario, Quebec and Rest of Canada.
The team is seeking a well-organized and energetic Incentive Marketing Coordinator to support multiple sales teams through our national customer incentive program. The candidate will have an opportunity to work with a cross section of Bell departments and systems while helping to drive customer support
Key Responsibilities
• Create, produce and deploy strategic marketing campaigns
• Thorough analysis of key metrics to effectively measure campaign impacts
• Build strategy and monthly/quarterly marketing plans
• Manage inventory and incentive marketing budget
• Build assessments involving communication, training and change management tactics
• Identification of new opportunities and recommend an action and full rollout plan
• Lead cross-functional meetings and develop strong working relationships with external channel partners, stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Finance
• Assist, investigate and correct customer issues and complaints
• Other duties as required
Critical Competencies
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or Project Management required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail; advanced organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated Analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data
• Proven ability to persuade and influence others
• Proficient computer skills; advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to work both independently and as a team to drive project completion
