Job Description
Reporting to the International Brand Manager, the role of the Brand Creative Services Associate Director of a new IP consists in developing a strong and unique visual identity for the game spanning across all types of communication formats while aiming for the highest quality and ensuring consistency.
To achieve this goal, you will be managing the marketing artist team (2D and 3D artists, capture artist, video editor) and working in close collaboration with our product managers, but also our Creative Director and our Art and Presentation teams.
Job responsibilities
• Develop and strengthen the brand’s visual identity based on E3 announcement assets and by working closely with our Art and Presentation teams
• Own the brand style guide and its application, communicate expectations and be accountable for consistency and quality of all internal and external assets
• Contribute to the brand team’s deliverable plan, either by answering briefs from the brand team or by proposing new assets to support internal and external communication beats
• Develop 2D & 3D communication assets
• Supervise screenshot creation
• Develop motion design branding package for videos
• Responsible for gameplay videos produced internally, whether internal or public facing
• Responsible for other video formats produced internally (live, concept based and others)
• Support work with external agencies and internal business partners by providing feedback
• Strive to improve the marketing asset production pipeline by leading recruitment, managing and developing the marketing artist team and local talents and by ensuring that the team is empowered with proper tools
• Support other Ubisoft Singapore project needs when relevant
• Responsible for scheduling of tasks, respect of deadline
• ROI mindset is a must
Qualifications
• 5 to 10 years of experience working on creative assets
• Strong sense of leadership
• Strong communication & management skills
• Being ready to get hands-on if needed
• Creative agency experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of motion design, video directing and editing, gameplay capture pipelines
• Strong knowledge of the video game industry
• Wide range of creative references from the movie and video game industries
• Strong creative eye across all types of formats
• Responsible, accountable, organized
• Able to work under pressure of tight deadlines
