Summary of Position:
Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Traffic & Asset Assistant in our Theatrical Marketing department. The Traffic and Asset Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Media team by ensuring that various campaigns run smoothly across all media channels and support the team across asset management.
Responsibilities:
• Provide the agency with traffic instructions and proper copy assignments/rotations for the networks
• Monitor creative clearance reports and solve issues
• Asset Management – Collect and distribute various assets and materials to vendors as needed
• Manage production timelines
• Liaison between media and AV/creative teams
• Check for accuracy and formatting on all documents that come from the media agency
• Provide additional support to the Media team as needed
• Compile competitive and historical data
• Some basic budget management & processing of invoices
Experience & Skills:
• Basic knowledge of AV formats
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize many different projects simultaneously
• Accuracy, attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment, proactive, and able to follow department protocol
• Minimum of 1 year experience working at a media agency and/or relevant industry experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Strong proficiency in MS Office required, specifically experience in creating detailed spreadsheets using Excel
• Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
