You will join the Product Security team at Autodesk. Our team of security experts helps Autodesk design, build, deploy and maintain secure products. We are in a startup mode, working to define and deliver new cloud capabilities in a large successful company. Responsibilities
• Support Vice President of Product Security and other members of VP Staff
• Manage and maintain calendars
• Assist with business travel arrangements, (including some international) itineraries, and expense reports
• Plan and coordinate events and meetings on and offsite, including preparation of meeting materials, logistics and food
• Maintain email aliases, distribution lists and shared directories
• Provide meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, internal departments and outside vendors to effectively coordinate activities and collaborate on special projects
• Take the lead on new employee set-up, ensuring desk, hardware… are ready to go on day 1

Job Requirements
