Coordinate all aspects of sales related promotions and contests with Creative Services, News and Sales departments for Seattle and Portland stations. This includes on-air, on-line, mobile and event marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates, schedules and tracks station promotions, contests and sales related projects through entire lifecycle.
• Works with sales and news departments to communicate and fulfill contest and promotional obligations. (Live reads, billboards, giveaways, etc)
• Manage and help procure client assets for advertising production.
• Work with legal department to develop contest rules.
• Coordinates workflow for production of promotional elements.
• Write scripts and copy for sales promotion elements.
• Produce original still graphics for website, print and other client needs. (Banner ads, social posts, etc).
• Assist in producing/directing sales promotional video shoots/commercials.
• Prepare post-campaign recap reports and videos for internal and external use.
• Oversee/assist in production of presentation decks and sizzle reels for sales department use.
• Proactively seek out new sales/promotion opportunities and/or solutions within local and network programming.

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate Degree in Marketing and/or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in television or radio station preferably in marketing/promotions.
• Ideal candidate has experience with television or media sales/promotions AND experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Premiere) and/or similar production applications.
