Position Summary:
The Senior Coordinator, Marketing, Ad Sales is a key member of the Ad Sales Marketing team, supporting all aspects of the sales and marketing process. The position is responsible for development and execution of sales and marketing materials, tracking projects and meeting set-up. Acts as a liaison between programming and ad sales teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with program execution with elements that include but not limited to -- sweepstakes fulfillment, on-air promos and collect materials for seasonal gift guides
◦ Document all elements of promotions and marketing programs including gathering audio clips, screen shots, giveaways, etc in order to create complete promotion recap reports
◦ Assist with writing and development of marketing one-sheets for programming opportunities, programming overviews and on-air copy
◦ Vet all live reads based on requests from ad sales team, and input responses into Salesforce
◦ Set-up prep calls with talent and advertisers
◦ Maintain guest lists for various client entertaining events
◦ Maintain and update programming overview decks based on updated information related to channels, hosts and times
◦ Distribute updated marketing documents to sales department. Maintain internal shared file system
◦ Assist marketing and sales with coordination of proposals and meeting materials (copying/printing/binding).
◦ Assist with the coordination of the Annual National Sales meeting
◦ Onboard new employees with IT requests and acclimation to marketing resources
◦ Performs administrative duties for Sales and Marketing department
◦ Schedule / coordinate meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a sales or media/entertainment environment
• BS/BA Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as this person will also serve as liaison between departments, talent and clients to ensure effective and seamless communication among all

◦ Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite ( including strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of Salesforce, not necessary, but a plus
