The E-Commerce Operations Lead provides operational, vendor management, finance, technical and marketing support, and leadership for the mindhub E-Commerce stores (www.Mindhub.com) and the team.
The position is a full-time, benefits, one year Term of Project officed in Bloomington, MN.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• E-commerce Team Leadership
• Project prioritization and management
• Assist with process documentation
• Escalation source
• Provide QA and guidance to team
• Backup team as necessary (burst and overflow)
• Facilitate team communication and meetings
• Serve as backup for Operations Manager as needed. (vacations, sick time, etc.)
Existing E-commerce Maintenance
• Monitor stores for fraud/order issues
• Service as administrator for eCommerce environment settings
Quality assurance
• Troubleshoot issues with eCommerce environment
• Monitor eCommerce environment to ensure quality standards are met
• Review operations team workload for inconsistencies and issues
Operations Support
• Organize, update and maintain Customer Service Documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
Vendor Management
• Manage relationship with publishers
• New publisher launches
• Pricing/invoicing escalation
• Product launch escalation
• Fulfillment and integration enablement
Accounting
• Provide sales data to finance as required for client reconciliation.
Client Services
• Run sales reports daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• Technical 2 year degree/BA in Technical field or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years experience in operational, eCommerce, technology or similar work environment
• Skills/knowledge/abilities:
• Driven individual who can work with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications
• Time Management, Organization & Priority Setting
• Attention to detail
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel(Advanced Knowledge preferred)
• Must have data entry skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a concise manner.

• Self-starter with excellent ability to problem solve
