Senior Director/Director, Automotive Partnerships FCA (Chrysler)
Position Summary:
The Sr. Director/Director, Automotive Partnerships will lead and manage activities, projects and programs with respect to the SXM Connected Vehicle program for FCA (Chrysler), including support of the existing program (including successive model years) and any expansion of the program. Incumbent will act as the primary contact for the Chrysler-Connected Vehicle program, both with external clients and internal stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures effective client relationships are developed and maintained.
• Leads resolution of internal and external program issues, in accordance with the overall business model for the FCA CV program. Determines when to escalate issues.
• Works within the FCA Account team, and closely with Operations, Business, and IT teams to launch new programs and projects and grow the business.
• Maintains a high level of customer service and customer support. Ensures satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to client and end-user customer problems, concerns or needs.
• Leads both internal and external program meetings. Monitors escalations and provides updates to management and client.
• Leads SXM's participation in client-facing program meetings (for example, gate reviews, operations reviews, stakeholder meetings), and coordinates the necessary preparations.
• Ensures client operating policies and procedures are developed and maintained.
• Serves as the contact point for client
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises a team of two.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, or Account Management.
6+ years of account management, sales, customer service, program &/or product management, or related business experience.
Automotive, Automotive Tier 1, Telematics, or IT experience strongly preferred.
Connected vehicle experience preferred.
Requirements and General Skills:

Some travel required, including to the SXM Farmington Hills, MI office and to FCA in Auburn Hills, MI. Travel to the client may occur monthly and occasionally comprise one week. Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
