Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Release Management Coordinator for its Release Management and Age Rating teams. This individual will report to the Senior Manager of Release Management, and will be responsible for assisting with submissions to the Entertainment Software Ratings Board and first-party console manufacturers.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with long- and short-form submissions to the ESRB
• Assist with ESRB submission pre-checks – e.g., checking game scripts and lyrics, and vetting submission footage
• Assist with marketing reviews to ensure compliance with ESRB guidelines
• Monitor Ubisoft’s channels and first-party storefronts for compliance with ESRB guidelines
• Collect text and visual assets for digital stores, check for accuracy, and submit to first parties
• Help coordinate project teams involved in the product development process
• Document and communicate project status and scheduling
Qualifications
• Detail oriented with very strong organizational and tracking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic PC software proficiency
• Project management experience strongly preferred
• Video editing experience strongly preferred
• Gaming experience on current console and handheld systems strongly preferred
• Experience with/knowledge of ESRB guidelines a plus
• Experience with Microsoft, Nintendo, and/or Sony submission protocols and digital storefronts a plus
• Gaming industry experience a plus
• Foreign language skills a plus
